Smiths Prosthetic Deadener is the all important Gelling agent for use with any Platsil Gel, If you are creating a prosthetic part and want to soften it so that it moves like flesh then you will need to Add the Smiths Deadener upto 200 % addition, (A typical amount of Deadener for a facial prosthetic is 175%).

Remember that when using the Smiths Deadener it turns the material into a sticky Gel and needs to be encapsulated prior to pouring, for this we recommend that you use Super Baldiez, Baldiez or Platsil Gel 10 sponged into the mould.
